This series brings together a flirtation with international issues that has lasted a lifetime. This flirtation includes these writings that have been published and other activities that does not bear the light of day.
Most of these writings are from the early 2000’s when I was afforded the opportunity to write to two newspapers being [published then- Haveeru and Miadhu
The following articles belong mainly to that period and it is amazing to witness the similarity of the themes running through the maze of international relations of today.
The articles are posted here not so much for their immediate relevancy for what is happening right now in the international arena, but as testimony how so many things remain the same the more they change.
